Whether you want to speak to someone or do some self-help, we are here to help point you in the direction of services and resources to look after your wellbeing. Academic stress, relationship tension, and self-understanding are probably parts of the challenges you may facing right now. Scheduling time to unwind will ease emotional and physical tension. Come and find your inner calm at the BMS club in T4-201—a private place you owned on campus.

学业提不起劲,生活无所期待,你需要每天留3分钟给自己,找回专注平静。图书馆自习室压力山大,宿舍没有独立的空间,来无忧阁(T4-201)让你在校园里也能拥有一个全身心的放松的空间。

Music — the only true universal language, no musical talent is required to join the BMS music time. We look forward to your attempt. What you need to do is simply enjoy yourself and enter a relaxing, positive state.

只有音乐才是你的解药,不需要任何音乐才能,我们邀请你加入BMS音乐时间。只要你愿意尝试,你需要做的只是享受自己,进入一个放松的、积极的状态。

The relaxation/mindfulness exercises aim to put you in touch with a comfortable way that can bring your attention to the present moment to help you to address day-to-day challenges (e.g. academics, relationships, and family conflicts) in new ways, and use these skills as coping strategies for future life.

无忧阁力图为每一位同学提供舒服的放松空间。来参加放松练习吧,它能将你的注意力转移到当下,帮助你以新的方式应对日常挑战,例如学业、人际关系和家庭冲突带来的压力,并将此技巧作为新习得的应对策略,更好地适应将来的生活。

We believe the wellness exchange is your key to accessing extensive mental health resources, the BMS club also offers you a space for friends circle time to make you  feeling better and help you maintain a balanced and healthy life style.

The space is also available if you just need a place to stay alone or to meet with a new friend—our host is available from 12:00-15:00 Monday to Friday, T4-201.

如果你只是想找个地方独处或者见见新朋友,无忧阁同样欢迎你,我们的阁主逢周一到周五12:00-15:00都会在无忧阁(T4-201)静候你的到来。
