New Students' Hostel Cultural Village

The network services in New Students' Hostel Cultural Village are managed and maintained by China Telecom, China Mobile & China Unicom. Student who faces any networking problems in the village can seek for help via the following contacts:

The network support staff will make a record on your problem and try to solve it as soon as possible. If there is any problem can not be solved or unsatisfactory answer is given from the staff, you will be able to send email to . ITSC will try our best to settle the problem with above supplier. We will not response to any complaint that had not been reported to the respective network supplier.
